Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!  I’m the founder of Rebel Mystic and Certified Confidence & Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor, Reiki Master, and Sound Healer. I'm so passionate about helping people realize their inherent worth, know they are good enough, stop feeling like they are "too" anythything, and stop missing out on fully living because of things like low confidence, self-doubt, self-defeating thoughts, settling, playing small, or hiding parts of themselves.   

 

Mission

My mission is to help as many people as I can unlearn everything limiting them from reaching their full potential, living courageously, embracing their individuality, and loving themselves fiercely, so they can become the person they were always meant to be. 

 

I've Been There

As someone who spent much of my life lacking confidence, totally unsure of who I really was, battling general and social anxiety, and being highly sensitive, I can truly understand your struggles, and I can tell you first-hand how life-changing it is to become relentless in releasing everything keeping you stuck and not living to your full potential, and more importantly, I can help you get to the other side.  I can help you discover your innate worth, and uncover your truest most authentic confident self, who's always been there, just buried under years of narratives and faulty programming.  Time is limited and life is meant to be LIVED.

That being said, I'm not here to fix you - you're not broken.  I’m here to guide you, empower you, fully believe in you, help you create massive shifts, illuminate your blind spots, and help you be relentless in taking control of the direction of your life.  I've been where you are and know where you want to be, and I can help you bridge the gap! 
 

My Style

My coaching style is bold, direct, and fun.  You WILL feel empowered, confident, and more yourself than ever by the time we're done!  Coaching is very intimate and requires vulnerability, transparency, and bravery, and I honor and acknowledge every bit of it, and take the time to truly get to know my clients.  I encourage my clients to commit to at least 3-6 months of coaching, so I can really get to know them and know how to best support them as the unique, unstoppable, badass that they are, and because change doesn't happen overnight - it takes time to implement and practice.  I'm so passionate about supporting people to create life on their own terms and release the grip of anything telling them they're not good enough so that they can claim the bold, expansive, full life waiting for them!
